We are excited about this new product and want you to be happy with it too! The upgrade features a new easy-to-use product with even more time saving details. We understand change isn’t always easy. We are dedicated to help you make the transition.
Making a payment is as easy as 1-2-3!

When you visit your new bill pay, all you have to do is…

1. Select your payee

2. Enter your payment amount

3. Submit your payment

To access your new bill pay, just log in to Flex Teller and click on the "Bill Pay Link".

Here is some additional information you may need to know about the new BILL PAY system:

• Box Elder Credit Union will continue to offer ONLINE BILL PAY as a FREE SERVICE to our members.

• All of your payees will carry over to the new system as well as any scheduled payments and up to 18 months of payment history.

• Your current cleared check images will not be available within the new upgraded product. However they will be available through the call center and the credit union.

• On September 20, 2009 your new payment history and cleared check images will record as payments begin to process.

• Our new system will allow you to schedule your payment in advance of the day you need your payment to process. You’ll receive an Estimated Arrival Time when you schedule the payment.

• If you want to schedule a payment, go to Payments on the top menu. If you need to add a new payee, go to the Payee menu and go through the one-time setup.

• There will be a Security Key for you to create and you’ll be asked Challenge Questions during certain transactions for your online security.
